What stage should my Proptech company be in to apply?

We welcome applications from early-stage Proptech startups with a strong founding team, a clear problem-solution fit, and a demonstrated need for the data advantage we provide.

What is the program duration & can I access the data after the program ends?

The program typically lasts for 12 months but this can vary depending on your specific needs. Data access is typically granted for the duration of the program. However, depending on your success and future partnership potential, there may be options for continued access.

Do I need to have created a company before starting?

No, you don’t necessarily need to have a formal company established before applying to the Proptech Data Accelerator. We welcome applications from passionate founders with well-developed Proptech ideas, even if they are still in the early stages of forming a team or solidifying the legal structure.

What is the difference between the PropTech Data Accelerator and traditional VC funding?

We provide exclusive property data access and mentorship in exchange for equity, rather than just funding. This allows you to focus on product development with a data advantage, reducing your reliance on initial capital.

How long does it take to gain acceptance?

We make decisions in days not months. We want to get you started as quickly as possible to prove your concepts in market.

What % of the entity will you take?

We would only take a small % (in line with industry averages) depending on the complexities of the data provision. We don’t take a board seat and don’t require business plans or decks, just great ideas.

Can I purchase the data instead?

Absolutely. We partner with a number of companies through commercial terms. We also provide guidance to maximise your efforts.

Will you tell us what to do?

Nope. We take a backseat and offer advice, guidance and technical support throughout your journey. It’s your product!

Do you provide traditional funding for startups?
